ISO Publicly Available StandardsThe International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a federation of standardization bodies representing nearly 150 countries. This link will provide access to publicly available standards within their website.
Standards.GovStandards.gov is administered by the Standards Coordination Office (SCO) at NIST. This site provides:
information about the use of documentary standards and conformity assessment activities in the Federal government;
background materials and resources on the standards landscape that are useful for industry and academia; and
useful standards and conformity assessment information freely available to the general public.
OSHA StandardsThe laws and regulations tab of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration allows for searching standards pertaining to that area.
NIST SRM SearchProvided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, each NIST Standard Reference Material (SRM) is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis and a Materials Safety Data Sheet, when applicable. In addition, NIST has published many articles and practice guides that describe the development, analysis and use of SRMs.
The SRM Program references a number of definitions in connection with the production, certification, and use of its SRMs and RMs. Certain definitions, adopted for SRM use, are derived from international guides and standards on reference materials and measurements while others have been developed by the SRM Program to describe those activities unique to NIST operations.
