Use the Basic Search to find legal cases by subject.
- Type your subject in the Search Box.
- Select a jurisdiction by selecting Federal or clicking on the drop down box and selecting State. A popup box will give you the choice of states and combining state and federal.
- Click on the Search button.
To use the Advanced Search click on Advanced
1. Enter your search terms in the box. They will appear in the top search box as well.
2. Select the jurisdiction. Federal or State.
