Paper
Documents issued in paper format are located in two places:
STACKS - These are divided into TEXAS and UNITED STATES DOCUMENTS.
FILING CABINETS - Documents located here include pamphlets, maps, and other thin documents.
Maps
Maps are located in the FILING CABINETS or the MAP CABINETS along the wall.
CD-ROMS / DVD
CD-ROMS / DVDs are located in the CD CABINETS near the DOCUMENTS offices.
Microforms
Government Documents on microfilm and microfiche are located in the second row of microform cabinets and are labeled DOCUMENTS. These include the FEDERAL REGISTER, CONGRESSIONAL RECORD and preceding titles, CENSUS, PRESIDENTIAL PAPERS, NCJRS, ERIC DOCUMENTS, and depository fiche in classification order.
Oversize
OVERSIZE materials are located in the DOCUMENTS area next to the MAP CABINETS.
Documents Reference
This section is located in the first row of STACKS. Sets in this area include the CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS, MONTHLY CATALOG, ASI Indexes, INDEX MEDICUS and other select titles. DOCS REF is arranged by Library of Congress classification.
