Instructional Sessions

While the old library classrooms will be closed for the first stage of renovation, instructional services are still available.

We have several instruction options available for courses upon request, as listed below:

  • Face-to-face sessions in a computer lab on campus or in instructor's classroom
  • Synchronous, virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams or Blackboard
  • Asynchronous, virtual sessions delivered via Blackboard course via videos and/or interactive tutorials
  • Hybrid sessions, combining a virtual librarian with a library staff member in a computer lab on campus

Submit instruction requests via our library instruction request form (link opens to new window). See more about our instructional program on our information literacy research guide (link opens to new window).

Course Reserves & E-Reserves

Faculty can still request physical materials (Course Reserves) and/or electronic materials (E-Reserves) on reserve for students to access. Submit reserve requests via our Faculty Reserve Request form (link opens to new window). See more about course reserves on our course reserves webpage (link opens to new window).
