If you cannot login to the databases here are some troubleshooting tips:

Are you using your LEA (Blackboard) login credentials?

Don't add @lea at the end of your username

If you have logged in three times incorrectly wait 10 minutes and try again, it will reset.

If you are still having problems call the Lamar University Help Desk (the librarians cannot reset your passwords). 409-880-2222

If you cannot reach the help desk and the library is open call the Reference Desk 409-880-7264.

Are you a distance student who lives in Texas? If yes, you can apply for a Texshare Card at the Gray Library and it will give you borrowing privileges at Texshare libraries near you.
